Personality behind Stepwise Management

Frank Kretzschmar, founder and owner

Successful management consulting depends on personalities who create special effects. Behind Stepwise Management there is a consultant personality that shapes change internationally – internationally. Frank Kretzschmar is founder and owner of Stepwise Management.

Since 1993 he has been looking back on successful international change and human resources projects.

His career has taken him to Organizational Dynamics and Baumgartner & Partner (ODI Baumgartner), Citibank Privatkunden AG, the Alte Leipziger Unternehmensverbund and the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau. He has worked as a personnel manager, head of personnel development and as a management consultant.

The industrial and organizational psychologist with training as a supervisor and organizational developer is an enthusiastic change manager.

The experienced consultant has worked in many countries since 2004.
